真空攪拌機是我公司參照同類產(chǎn)品，并結(jié)合我國肉制品加工工藝特點，自行研制開發(fā)的。通過合理的設(shè)計，使物料攪拌均勻、充分膨脹、無氣泡、彈性好、色澤鮮艷并更大限度的提取了蛋白質(zhì)，是同類產(chǎn)品中的設(shè)備。
1. 整機采用304不銹鋼材料制作，堅固耐用，容易清洗。
2. 可設(shè)置真空度，真空效果好，可使物料在真空狀態(tài)下攪拌。
3. 采用平衡雙軸螺旋結(jié)構(gòu)。裝有斜板槳葉及螺旋推進攪拌圈，攪拌均勻。
4. 采用可編程控制器和觸摸屏控制，設(shè)定攪拌總時間，間歇時間及攪拌程序。
