塑料粉碎機(jī)使用范圍：
       適用于塑料粒子的細(xì)粉碎。經(jīng)深冷后的橡膠粒子也能獲得滿意的粉碎效果。
 Application scope
       The machine is mainly applied to find crushing for plastic pellet.It also can get good effect for rubber chilled deepil.

性能特點(diǎn)及工作原理：本機(jī)利用齒盤高速旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生的離心力對(duì)顆粒物料進(jìn)行加速，讓物料瞬間通過隙縫，完成剪切粉碎機(jī)。由于粉碎時(shí)間極短，避免高溫，因而特別適用于塑料等物料的粉碎。 該機(jī)有良好的漸擴(kuò)式蝸殼機(jī)腔，可減少出料阻力，并可充分利用齒盤旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生的動(dòng)壓能將物料迅速排出。此外機(jī)殼設(shè)有二次進(jìn)風(fēng)口，利用氣流來清掃積料。處主機(jī)外，機(jī)組配有風(fēng)機(jī)和旋風(fēng)集料器，這樣可提高產(chǎn)品的收得率并凈化工作環(huán)境。
Features and working principle
     The machine take advantage of centrifugal force gemerated by toothed discs high speed rotation so as to get acceleration of particles material for crushing wish material going through the gap transiently. It is especially suitable for crushing of plastic material due to no high temperature risen with extremely short crushing time.
傳動(dòng)總成采用浸油潤(rùn)滑，避免了主軸承因高速旋轉(zhuǎn)而產(chǎn)生的發(fā)熱現(xiàn)象。
