詳細(xì)介紹： GFX-2回轉(zhuǎn)式灌裝旋蓋機(jī)可根據(jù)情況采用常壓、負(fù)壓和等壓灌裝方式，確保灌裝無(wú)泡沫、無(wú)滴漏，灌裝量準(zhǔn)確。旋蓋用磁力組合片結(jié)構(gòu)，旋蓋不傷蓋。GFX-2設(shè)備從空瓶進(jìn)入到成品送出全部實(shí)施PLC控制。有瓶灌裝、旋蓋，無(wú)瓶不灌裝、不旋蓋。更換不同瓶形，只需更換導(dǎo)瓶板，操作簡(jiǎn)單，更換品種方便。此設(shè)備適用于產(chǎn)量比較大的營(yíng)養(yǎng)液、糖漿、酊劑、醬油、醋、酒、礦泉水、止骨水等制劑的生產(chǎn)，可與洗瓶、貼標(biāo)等設(shè)備配套組成流水線(xiàn)。該機(jī)與物料接觸部分采用316L不銹鋼材料。
GFX-2 rotary filling and cap-screwing machine adopts general vacuum, Iow vacuum and isotonic filling to ensure filling accuray without bubble or leakage, cap-screwing device adopts assorted magnetic piecess tructure to avoid damaging the cap when screwing it on the bottle. The whole process on GFX-2 machine from entering bottles to carrying out finish products is controlled by PLC.
The machine will do filling and cap-screwing when there are bottles on the work position. And it will not do filling and cap-screwing when there is not any bottle. It needs to change the bottle conducting boa-rd when another kind of bottle is used in production. The machine is easy to operate and to change for different kinds products. And it is suitable for the large production of nutrition liquid, sirup, tincture, soy, vinegar, wine, mineral water and medicine for bone. The machine can be combined with bottle rinsing, labeling device to be an automatic line. The part that touches liquid is made of stainless steel 316L.
