本機為20頭自動沖瓶（吹塵）、灌裝封（壓）蓋機，適用于各種食用油、果蔬醬、調(diào)味醬、顆粒飲料、或果汁等醬類、低泡沫液體物料的定量灌裝與封口。。本機具有灌裝缸液位和進料自動連鎖控制，風道輸送進瓶，有瓶自動開閥，無瓶不灌裝的功能。
1. 用途use：
This machine, which has 20 heads, is an automatically washing（blowing dust）, filling and capping machine. It could be applicable fix quantify filling and capping of all kinds of edible oil, garden spgarden stuff catsup, bechamel, granule drink, catsups （such as juice） and lowness foam liquid material. Its function is followed: automatically control the liquid level of filling jar and feeding, feed bottles by air conveyer, automatically open valve if there are bottles, do not fill if there aren’t bottles.
本機設(shè)計合理，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，操作維修方便。主機采用變頻調(diào)速，運行平穩(wěn)可靠。與物料接觸的零部件和外觀零件均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼制造。經(jīng)更換幾個零件后可適應(yīng)多種規(guī)格PET瓶的定量灌裝。
Its characteristics are rational design, compact conformation and convenience operation and maintenance. Main machine is adopted frequency speed control, it runs placidity and credibility. Material of limb contacted with the material and appearance accessory is high quality stainless steel. After exchanging several accessory, it is used different kinds of PET bottle’s fix quality filling.
整機操作采用*的觸摸屏控制，可實現(xiàn)人機對話操作?？刂葡到y(tǒng)具有生產(chǎn)速度控制、故障自動停機及產(chǎn)量計數(shù)等功能；
Operation of machine is controlled by advanced touch screen, it realized the communication with man and machine. Function of control system are product speed control, automatic stop with fault and take count of output and so on.
