- Drastic energy saving achieved with our expanded PID system (patent pending)
The chamber features an electronic expansion valve which adjusts the flow of refrigerant, and a newly-developed expanded PID system which automatically controls output of the refrigerator and heater. Compared to the previous model, power is reduced by 68% during temperature operation, and by 50% during temperature and humidity operation (power-saving mode). - Required power reduction with cross-output control (patent No. 2928162)
The cross-output control lowers the maximum current used during operation, thus minimizing the equipment required power. (EBE, EBL, EBR) Ex: For the EBL-3, maximum current value is down by approximay 21% and required power by 23%. - Automatic control of the chamber (Patent No. 2933269)
By just setting the temperature and humidity conditions, operation is automatically controlled so that maximum power is used to achieve set conditions, and minimum power is used once it is achieved. An optimum control is maintained even after door opening / closing, or heat load changes. - Defrost system with cycle timer
By just setting the timer, the system automatically defrosts the evaporator when operation occurs within the frosting range. - Indoor air-cooled specification available (upon request)
EBL, EBR, EBU, EBUU - Numerous custom-made specifications available upon request
CE-marking specification High temperature specification (to +120C) Ultra low temperature (to -40C) Low humidity (+5C/ 5%rh) Shield work Low VOC Outside air-cooled specification, | - Comparison of power consumption (with EBL-6)
- Frost-free range
