　　本公司研制的rmxp系列自動(dòng)（預(yù)）洗瓶機(jī)組，在原有國(guó)內(nèi)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，針對(duì)現(xiàn)有酒瓶貼標(biāo)較牢、回收瓶較臟，一般洗瓶機(jī)不易洗干凈而開發(fā)研制的裝置，其可以從根本上解決目前國(guó)內(nèi)啤酒廠、黃酒廠、牛奶廠、調(diào)味品廠、飲料廠以及各類酒廠清洗回收臟瓶的難題。
　　our company newly develop automatic rmxp series (pre) bottle-washing units which based on the original domestic technology, aims at the existing fast bottle label, dirt recycling bottle and can’t wash clean by normal bottle-washing machine. it can solve the cleansing recovery bottle problem fundamentally of present domestic breweries, milk factory, seasoning factory, fruit juices, beverage plants and various kinds of brewery.

回收瓶洗不干凈的因素 factors effect cleaning the recycling bottle 
　　● 回收瓶源狀況：由于回收瓶的來源、堆放時(shí)間以及回收瓶本身的磨損程度不同，使得回收瓶污垢的組成相當(dāng)復(fù)雜，如酒垢、灰塵、泥土、油污、膠質(zhì)、蛋白質(zhì)等，都對(duì)清洗產(chǎn)生很大的影響。
　　the condition of recycling bottle source:because of the source of the recycling bottle, stacking time as well as varying degress of wear and tear, which making a very complex dirt component, that impact the cleansing process tremendously, such as liquor filthy, dust, soil, greasy dirt, gelatin, protein. 
　　● 商標(biāo)紙質(zhì)量：國(guó)內(nèi)啤酒商標(biāo)質(zhì)量參差不齊，有的水一浸泡就爛，很難完整脫落，紙纖維大量地懸浮在洗滌液中，造成漂洗困難。
　　trademark paper quality: the quality of beer bottles trademarks paper domestic is irrgular, some will rot as soon as they dip in water , and it is difficult to strip off compley, paper fibre suspend in the washing fluid which causes rinsing difficulty.
　　● 商標(biāo)膠質(zhì)量：好的標(biāo)膠滿足啤酒行業(yè)的工藝要求，膠層薄，粘貼牢固，不霉變，在冷水中不脫膠，熱水中易脫去。但現(xiàn)有在各廠使用的標(biāo)膠相差較大，有些標(biāo)膠配方一味追求干固速度和粘貼力，過度使用固化劑，熱水溶性差，經(jīng)重復(fù)洗滌也難以脫除。
　　trademarks pastern quality:good pastern shuold meet the technical requirement of beer industry, which won’t strip off in cold water, but easy to strip off in hot water. it has thin pastern line, can strick fast and won’t mould. but now great difficulties exist in different plant, some pursuit the dry speed and adhesive power blindly, use the firming agent excessively, which has a bad solubility in hot water and hard to strip off after repented cleaning
