ypg水平圓盤(pán)式式糖漿過(guò)濾機(jī)系引進(jìn)德國(guó)公司制造技術(shù)，經(jīng)我公司消化吸收，并綜合我國(guó)國(guó)情改進(jìn)而成。該機(jī)主要用于過(guò)濾糖漿。過(guò)濾過(guò)程中通過(guò)預(yù)涂和添加質(zhì)量合格的硅藻土，過(guò)濾后糖漿濁度可達(dá)0.4ebc以下。
ypg水平圓盤(pán)式式糖漿過(guò)濾機(jī)除過(guò)濾糖漿外，還可用作葡萄酒、啤酒、果汁、醋、醬油以及其它類似飲料的過(guò)濾。這些液體經(jīng)過(guò)濾以后，不僅內(nèi)在質(zhì)量大大提高，而且外觀效果非常好。過(guò)濾介質(zhì)除硅藻土外，還可用其它如珍珠粉、活性炭等。
ypg disc-type syrup filter is ameliorated by our national condition, which fetch in german companies’ manufacturing technology and absorbed by our company. this machine mainly uses in filtering the syrup. through precoating and adding qualified diatomite，the turbidities of the filtered syrup can be low as 0.4ebc.
besides filtering syrup, pg disc-type syrup filter can also filter wine, beer, juice, vinegar, soy sauce and other similar beverages. not only the internal quality, but also the appearance are greatly improved after filtering. besides diatomite, perlite, active carbon and so on are also available to be the filtration medium.

when the filter plate revolves, it platoon dregs automaticly, unloads the dregs cleanly and agilely, adapts to every kind of viscosity material filtration 
● 清洗濾網(wǎng)，不用拆卸濾盤(pán)，可在機(jī)體內(nèi)進(jìn)行。

● 本機(jī)可間隙過(guò)濾，而濾餅不會(huì)脫落，有利于生產(chǎn)安排，過(guò)濾時(shí)不受停電等因素影響。
