該設(shè)備主要用于軟膏類藥瓶（鋁瓶及塑料瓶）的自動裝盒機。該機自動完成說明的折疊，紙盒成型自動打開形成軟膏藥瓶的自動裝盒，三者同事統(tǒng)一完成動作的功能，并能在盒端自動打印批號。變頻調(diào)速，采用PLC自動控制、人機&界面操作系統(tǒng)，自動顯示裝盒速度及計數(shù)。規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)可實現(xiàn)多規(guī)格裝盒且不需要更換零配件。設(shè)備還設(shè)有自動檢測系統(tǒng)，并對不合格的產(chǎn)品采用定位停機并自動剔除的功能，顯示屏上設(shè)有故障顯示及排除方法。

This type is used for ointment medicine bottle (aluminum bottles or plastic bottles). Fold, shaping up and opening automatically of boxes can finished sequentially and automatically, and the batch number on box end is printed automatically. It has functions such as frequency control, PLC automatically controlling, human-computer interface operation system, showing automatically boxing speed and counting.
