本機(jī)是一種將潮濕粉體混合料，在制粒機(jī)左右擠壓螺桿的擠壓下，軸向通過篩網(wǎng)擠出合格顆粒的一種專用設(shè)備。該專用設(shè)備主要適用于醫(yī)藥，化工，食品，等行業(yè)中制造各種規(guī)格的顆粒，顆?？梢远ㄩL(選配切斷裝置），成品經(jīng)干燥后可制成各種制品。例：食品用雞精，各種沖劑，化工制品等。
This machine is a kind of special equipment that extrudes qualified particles through the screen in the axial direction of the wet powder mixture under the extrusion of the left and right extrusion screws of the granulator. This special equipment is mainly suitable for the manufacture of various specifications of particles in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and other industries. 二、設(shè)備工作原理（How the equipment works）：
電機(jī)動力由三角帶輪減速傳動至主機(jī)齒輪箱，經(jīng)齒輪箱內(nèi)部各傳動部件分配動力，傳動至各制粒左右螺桿運轉(zhuǎn)，原料由加料口加入，物料經(jīng)制粒左右螺桿擠壓作用，向前端制粒模板強(qiáng)制壓料，并附帶一定的混合作用，物料擠入主擠壓機(jī)腔內(nèi)后，經(jīng)主槳特殊形狀的槳葉向外強(qiáng)制擠出，擠入到槳葉和制粒模板的間隙內(nèi)，物料經(jīng)擠壓后由制粒模板向外出料，(再經(jīng)過外部制粒模板的切料鏟刀均勻地定長切斷)，制成合格成品。
The power of the motor is decelerated and transmitted to the main gear box by the V-belt wheel. The granulation template is forced to press the material with a certain amount of mixing effect. After the material is squeezed into the cavity of the main extruder, it is forced to be extruded out through the special-shaped blade of the main blade, and squeezed into the gap between the blade and the granulation template. Inside, the material is extruded and discharged from the
granulation template, (then the material is cut by the cutting blade of the external granulation template evenly to a fixed length) to make qualified finished products.
三、機(jī)器特點（Machine characteristics）：
螺桿擠出造粒機(jī)分單螺桿和雙螺桿型，擠出形式有前出料和側(cè)出料兩種。經(jīng)混合、捏和的濕物料或低軟化點（一般指小于50℃）物料在螺桿輸送、擠壓作用下，從機(jī)頭開孔模板擠出，再經(jīng)過干燥或冷卻顆粒成品，從而實現(xiàn)將粉狀產(chǎn)品改變?yōu)榫鶆虻念w粒產(chǎn)品的目的。顆粒形狀為圓柱狀，成品顆粒直徑可由摸板開孔孔徑調(diào)節(jié)和控制。Screw extruder granulator is divided into single screw type and twin screw type. 前出料特點：本機(jī)適用于流動性較好，無熱敏性物料制粒。顆粒緊密，產(chǎn)量較高，制品顆粒較大，可增配水冷系統(tǒng)及切粒系統(tǒng)。Front discharge characteristics: This machine is suitable for granulating materials with good fluidity and no heat sensitivity. The particles are compact, the output is high, and the product particles are larger, and the water cooling system and the pelletizing system can be added.
側(cè)出料特點：本機(jī)針對前出料機(jī)型無法制粒的特定情況，可選用側(cè)出料機(jī)型，與前出料機(jī)型相比制品顆粒較小，產(chǎn)能較高。Side-discharge characteristics: This machine can choose the side-discharge model for the specific situation where the front-discharge model cannot pelletize. Compared with the front-discharge model, the product has smaller particles and higher production capacity.
