適用范圍

適用于各類耐高溫包裝材料:

設(shè)備特點

1、 高溫短時殺菌a兩臺臥式殺菌鍋共用一臺熱水繼，兩鍋交替使用，等待時間短，工作效率高；

2、 節(jié)約能源。在殺菌過程中熱水回收循環(huán)使用，節(jié)省能源、時間及人力，降低了生產(chǎn)成本；

3、 熱分布均勻。采用大流■循環(huán)水浴式殺菌，無溫度冷點，熱分布均勻.產(chǎn)品質(zhì)■、品質(zhì)得到保證;

4、 PLC觸摸屏全自動控制，溫度壓力控制精度高，人機界面友好，操作方便，功能完備；

5、 針對軟包裝產(chǎn)品，特別是大塊頭包裝，熱穿透速度快，殺菌效果好；

6、 整個殺菌過程嚴格按照預先設(shè)定的工藝配方自動完成，杜絕了誤操作的可能性；

7、 配備氣電安全連鎖裝置，可有效的防止誤操作，避免事故的發(fā)生。

THE CHARACTERISTICS OF EQUIPMENT
