產(chǎn)品說明：

l 旋轉(zhuǎn)碼垛機是類似于機器人的智能高效率的物品搬運擺放機器，其靈巧輕便，具有占地面積小，垛碼范圍大等優(yōu)點。

l 可同時對應(yīng)兩條進料線，碼垛兩種不同的產(chǎn)品，自由切換；抓手選配：吸盤式，海綿式，抱夾式等

l 每個關(guān)節(jié)采用高質(zhì)量減速機帶來的高精度，抓取、移動、擺放物品精準；每個關(guān)節(jié)采用伺服驅(qū)動、伺服控制系統(tǒng)，達到每個關(guān)節(jié)協(xié)同運動，響應(yīng)迅速。

l 控制系統(tǒng)對應(yīng)不同產(chǎn)品在觸控屏幕上編輯不同程序的方式來滿足產(chǎn)線的需求或多條產(chǎn)線的不同產(chǎn)品批次進行快速切換使用。

l 安全門、罩設(shè)有電器感應(yīng)裝置，當罩門打開時，機器停止工作，可對人員進行保護；

l 不用更換堆垛零件即可以完成幾種堆垛方式，采用內(nèi)置軟件方式，增加碼垛產(chǎn)品不用再編程；

l 適用范圍：瓦楞紙箱、塑膠箱、桶狀包裝物、袋狀包裝物。

●Rotary palletizer is an intelligent and efficient goods handling and placing machine similar to robot. It is smart and light, with the advantages of small floor area, large stacking range and so on.

●It can correspond to two feeding lines at the same time, stack two different products and switch freely;Grab options: suction cup type, sponge type, clip type, etc

●Each joint adopts high precision brought by high-quality reducer, which can grasp, move and place items accurately; Each joint adopts servo drive and servo control system to achieve coordinated movement of each joint and rapid response.

●The control system can edit different programs on the touch screen corresponding to different products to meet the needs of production lines or quickly switch different product batches of multiple production lines.

●The safety door and cover are equipped with electrical induction devices. When the cover door is opened, the machine stops working and can protect personnel;

●Several stacking modes can be completed without replacing stacking parts. The built-in software mode is adopted to add stacking products without programming;

●Scope of application: corrugated box, plastic box, barrel packaging, bag packaging.
