Working range：
Rotating plant high speed traditional feeding&packing line is used for single packing of small candy,small biscuit and other material, it can be poured manually or connecting o the production line to realize sorting messy material into rows and packaged.
功能與特點(diǎn)∶
圖盤高速常規(guī)理料包裝線由供料帶、圓盤整理機(jī)、自動(dòng)理料機(jī)組以及包裝機(jī)組成，利用圓盤整理機(jī)的離心力，對(duì)凌亂的物料進(jìn)行整理，并有序地送進(jìn)自動(dòng)理料機(jī)組進(jìn)行定wei包裝。
Functions and features:
Rotating plate high spood traditional feeding&packing line is composed of the feding belt, the rotating plate stackng machine ,the automatic feeding unit. By using the centrifugal force of the rotating plate stacking machine,the messy materials are sorted out and orderly sent to automatic feeding machine for positioning and packaging.
優(yōu)勢(shì)∶
1、圓盤整理機(jī)整理物料，實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定連續(xù)地給自動(dòng)理料機(jī)組供料；
2、供料帶與圓盤整理機(jī)采用模擬量控zhi，實(shí)現(xiàn)高低速控zhi，避免物料破損;
3、對(duì)比普通簡(jiǎn)易理料，升級(jí)了控zhi系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了更高速、精zhun的定wei;包裝速度可達(dá)500包/分鐘;
4、配合我司三伺服包裝機(jī)，提升了包裝速度，提高了效率；
5、控zhi系統(tǒng)采用觸摸屏顯示，良好的人機(jī)界面，操作簡(jiǎn)單、直觀、方便;
6、理料段輸送帶快拆功能，可實(shí)現(xiàn)免工具更換輸送帶；
7、輸送帶為食品發(fā)藍(lán)色防jun輸送PU帶，可選配自色PU帶等.
