① Star wheel labeling, suitable for vertical labeling of round bottles such as vials, with dual labeling function (posting temperature sensor labels on ordinary labels), leading domestic performance, stable labeling with high precision, Standard accuracy is ±0.5mm
② Speed up to 600 bottles/min (related to bottle and label size)
③ Counting accuracy is as high as 99%
④ Screw bottle separating mechanism, evenly separating the bottles, smoothly entering the astrolabe mechanism without breaking the bottle
⑤ Star wheel labeling and rejection device to ensure accurate detection and removal of wrong materials during high-speed operation
⑥ The product specifications are moulded, and the labeling of products of various specifications can be realized by means of quick mould replacement
⑦ Equipped with CCD visual inspection function, which can effectively detect the completeness of information such as three-phase printing
