Operating principle
待分離的物料經(jīng)進(jìn)料管進(jìn)入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，在離心力場(chǎng)的作用下物料通過(guò)濾布(濾網(wǎng))過(guò)濾，液相經(jīng)出液管排出，固相則截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)。待轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)濾餅達(dá)到機(jī)器規(guī)定的裝料量時(shí)，停正進(jìn)料，對(duì)濾餅進(jìn)行洗滌，同時(shí)將洗滌液濾出。濾餅脫液達(dá)到要求后，停機(jī)。專用的吊具將濾袋連同濾餅一起吊出至卸料處，打開卸料口，將濾餅卸出，然后將濾袋復(fù)位，進(jìn)入待機(jī)狀態(tài)。
Once the materials to be separated enter the fast-spinning basket,it will be filtrated by the filter liner under the centrifugal force The liquid fluws out throuah the licuid outlet. but solids deposit on the internal wall of the basketOnce the solid cake reaches the rate capacity feeding stops Wash the solids cake and then drain out the washing water Finally ston the machine Use theliftingtool or crane to lift out the filter cloth with solid cake.andmove to the discharging place Open the filter cloth and discharge the solid cake Put the filter cloth back to the centrifuge and move to next batch.

外殼翻蓋設(shè)置進(jìn)料管、洗滌管、觀察鏡、照明孔等常規(guī)管口。
配置在線潔洗系統(tǒng)(選裝)可對(duì)密心機(jī)外殼內(nèi)壁、轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)外表面、集液槽表面等內(nèi)部不可見部位進(jìn)行清洗，保證了潔凈度要求，符合GMP 規(guī)范
密閉結(jié)構(gòu)。密封件采用硅橡膠或氟橡膠等，配置氮?dú)獗Ｗo(hù)系統(tǒng)(選裝)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)密閉防爆要求，適合于有毒和易燃易爆場(chǎng)合的應(yīng)用。配置液壓式忌臂吊(選裝)卸料方便，符合衛(wèi)生要求。
