立體式結(jié)構(gòu)的輸送系統(tǒng)，占地面積小，性能穩(wěn)定可靠。高效節(jié)能型新產(chǎn)品，與同類型產(chǎn)品比較節(jié)電30-40%。緊湊的結(jié)構(gòu)和優(yōu)化的風(fēng)道設(shè)計,獲得速凍效果。運用PLC控制及人性化界面相結(jié)合,控制靈活,操作簡單。速凍機主要是由制冷系統(tǒng)、推進(jìn)系統(tǒng)、電氣控制系統(tǒng)及速凍室等所組成的；工作人員將裝有待凍食品的凍品盤通過速凍入口進(jìn)入速凍軌道并在人力的作用下向出口方向步進(jìn)移動，在移動的過程中，經(jīng)過一個由風(fēng)機及導(dǎo)流板的作用下形成一個穩(wěn)定的垂直環(huán)狀低溫氣流，這個低溫氣流與水平運動的被凍食品進(jìn)行熱交換，從而實現(xiàn)快速降溫凍結(jié)過程。impact quick freezing 沖擊式速凍機
簡介introduction：
impulsive tunnel freezer is specially designed for the low temp air flow and air dust. circulating in the freezer. while the food passes through the freezer with the conveyor belt. the upper and lower surfaces of the food are blown by the uniform high-speed air flow opposite each other. the surface temp of the food drops rapidly, and the quick freezing of the food can be completed in the shortest time. if a cryogenic refrigeration system is used, the freezing efficiency is simmilar to that of liquid nitrogen or liquid carbon dioxide.
application:
the impact tunnel is especially suitable for quick freezing of granular, small and flat foods.
characteristics:
1.rapid freezing does not produce large ice crystals and keeps the quality of food. it is fresh fter thawing.
2. the surface of food is rapidly hardened and crushed, and the internal moisture content is locked to minimize the dry consumption of frozen products.
3. short freezing time not only keeps food freshness, but also provides good freezing efficiency.
4. the freezing effect is close to that of liquid carbon dioxide or liquid nitrogen, while the processing cost is significantly reduced.
