牛初乳巴氏殺菌機使用流程：

1、將袋子放入初乳筐中進行固定，一個初乳夾子可以放4盒；

2、將放了初乳袋的初乳筐放入我們的模具當中，就是我們加工的不銹鋼的固定槽進行固定，我們設計的就是放筐非常好放置，節(jié)省人力；

3、將設備的電源打開，然后開啟旋轉(zhuǎn)按鈕，在旋轉(zhuǎn)的過程中蓋上蓋子，我們設計開蓋急停裝置，就是蓋子打開之后是不工作的，這樣保護我們的工作人員的操作安全；

4、到了殺菌的溫度時間之后，將設備的蓋子打開，將殺菌好的初乳取出來；

這樣我們的牛初乳就殺菌好了，如果需要解凍，工作流程是差不多的，設定到合適的溫度就可以了。
