濃、稀配罐-配液罐

一、用途：
主要用于大輸液、小針劑及其它溶解、滅菌與調(diào)配作用。

二、性能：
1、本系列設(shè)備具有加熱、冷卻和保溫、攪拌調(diào)配功能。容器按《鋼制壓力容器技術(shù)條件》進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、加工。
2、規(guī)格有0．05m3一5．0m3不同容積供選擇，還可以根據(jù)用戶實(shí)際工藝需要進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、加工。
3、采用夾層結(jié)構(gòu)，具有加熱面積大、焊接少等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
4、軸封采用衛(wèi)生級(jí)硬質(zhì)合金與碳化硅204平衡型機(jī)械密封。耐磨耐壓。減速機(jī)選用進(jìn)口．轉(zhuǎn)速為60-82轉(zhuǎn)/分。也可采用變頻器來(lái)調(diào)速。
5、接口采用通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)iso標(biāo)準(zhǔn)快裝卡盤(pán)式，材料為進(jìn)口316l或304，內(nèi)表面鏡面拋光ra≤0．28μm，外表面亞光或鏡面拋光處理。
6、液位計(jì)有玻璃管液位計(jì)、靜壓傳感器式液位計(jì)、超聲波液位計(jì)可供選擇。
7、結(jié)構(gòu)形式分為上下橢圓封頭或下反凸底上橢圓封頭結(jié)構(gòu)，確保藥液不殘留。
8、夾套結(jié)構(gòu)形式分為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)夾套，外盤(pán)管夾套，蜂窩夾套三種供選擇。

5.joint introduce iso standard fast loading chuck style,material is imported 316l or304,interior

surface by mirrorlike polishing ra≤0．28 μ m，exterior sur face by mat polishing or mirrorlike

polishing．
6．liquid le-veler with various choices of glass tube liquid le-veler，static pres sure sensor liquid

le-veler,ultrasonic liquid le-veler．
7．structure types are up-down ellipse seal head or upside down protruding bottom and up ellipse seal

head structure,ensure no remnant of the medicine liquid．
8.jacket structures with 3 types for choice which is standard jacket，out coil pipes jacket，honeycomb

jacket.
