膨化食品生產(chǎn)線 米花糖成型機(jī)
采用全自動(dòng)化配套方式完成工藝流程：從潤米、麥開始，自動(dòng)提升米、麥到膨化機(jī)進(jìn)行自動(dòng)膨化米、麥；膨化完成經(jīng)過米、麥花輸送到自動(dòng)篩選機(jī)進(jìn)行篩選；篩選完成后通過米花提升輸送到烘烤機(jī)對(duì)米、麥花進(jìn)行烘烤；烘烤完成后進(jìn)入米、麥花儲(chǔ)存罐收集；膨化食品生產(chǎn)線 米花糖成型機(jī) 炒糖機(jī)進(jìn)行自動(dòng)計(jì)量主料及輔料進(jìn)行炒制；炒制完成后倒入成型機(jī)進(jìn)行自動(dòng)布料、自動(dòng)成型、自動(dòng)脫模；自動(dòng)送入理料機(jī)，理料機(jī)自動(dòng)整體排序分送至包裝機(jī)整理輸送段，包裝機(jī)完成自動(dòng)包裝。
We adopt fully automated matching manner to accomplish the process : moisten the rice or wheat and automatically lift these materials into puffing machine to make rice or wheat flower ;
automatically convey the puffed rice or wheat into sieve machine ; convey the selected puffed rice or wheat into baking machine to bake ; convey the baked rice or wheat into popcorn storage tanks ; use fried sugar machine to automatically measure major and minor ingredients and fry; pour the fried materials into molding machine to automatically convey them into sorting machine, sort them and separay convey them into sorting conveyer section. Finally, packaging machine automatically packs the finished products.
