氯氣緊急電動切斷閥簡介：
BQ941F46-16C防爆開關型氯氣緊急電動切斷閥以90℃轉角開關的防爆型電動球閥，由碳鋼襯氟球閥和角程式電機組成，以交流電220V AC為驅動電源轉動球芯旋轉實現(xiàn)開關動作?？梢詮V泛應用于石油燃氣、化工儲罐、水處理設施、消防、造紙、電站、供熱、樓宇自控、輕工等各行業(yè)中。
氯氣緊急電動切斷閥電機性能特點Performance Features
2.1殼體Shell
殼體為硬質(zhì)鋁合金，經(jīng)陽極氧化處理和聚酯粉末涂層，耐腐蝕性強，防護等級為IP67，NEMA4和6，并有IP68和防爆型供選擇。
The shell is made of horniness aluminium alloy, pass through anodic oxidation treatment and polyester powder coating, so it has strong corrosion resistance. Protection grade is IP67, NEMA 4 AND 6, and optional IP68 type and explosion-proof model.
2.2電機Motor
全封閉式鼠籠式電機，體積小，扭矩大，慣性力小，絕緣等級為F級，內(nèi)置過熱保護開關，可防止損壞電機。
Fully enclosed Squirrel-cage motor, small volume, large torque, and small inertia force, F-class insulation rating, built-in thermal protection switch, avoiding damage the electric machinery.
2.3手動結構Manual Structure
手輪的設計保證安全可靠、省力、體積小。不通電時，扳動離合器手柄可進行手動操作。通電時，離合器自動復位。（注：在不通電的狀況下，電動執(zhí)行器將保持手動狀態(tài)。）
The design of handwheel ensure safe, reliable, labor-saving, small volume. When it don’t have electricity, it can be manually operated by clutch handle. When it has electricity, the clutch will reset automatically.
2.4指示器Indicator
指示器安裝在中心軸上，可以觀察閥門位置。鏡面采用凸透鏡設計，不積水，觀察更方便。
Indicator installs in the center axis, so it can observes the valve position. It adopts convex mirror design, no cumulate water, more convenient to observe.
2.5干燥器Space Heater
用來控制溫度，防止由于溫度和天氣變化導致執(zhí)行器內(nèi)部水分凝結，保持內(nèi)部電氣元件的干燥。
It is used for controlling temperature, avoiding internal moisture of electric actuator condensed because of the changing of temperature and weather, keep inner electric device dry.
2.6限位開關Limit Switch
機械，電子雙重限位。機械限位螺釘可調(diào)，安全可靠；電子限位開關由凸輪機構來控制，簡單的調(diào)整機構能精確并方便地設定位置。
Mechanical, electronic double limit. Mechanical limit screw is adjustable, safe and reliable; electron limit switch is controlled by the cam mechanism, easy adjustment institutions can set the position accurately and conveniently.
2.7扭矩開關Torque Switch
（005/008/010除外）可提供過載保護，在閥門卡澀，有異物時，自動斷開電機電源，更有效的保護閥門和電動執(zhí)行器不受損壞。（出廠前已設定好，請用戶不要隨意更改設置）
(Except -005/008/010) Providing over loading protect,avoiding damage the valve and electric actuator.(It’s already setted up before leave the factory, please don’t change the settings)
2.8自鎖Self-locking
精密的雙蝸輪蝸桿機構可高效傳輸大扭矩，效率高，噪音低（50分貝），壽命長有自鎖功能，防止反轉，傳動部分穩(wěn)定可靠，無需再加油。
Exact worm and worm gear can efficiently transfer large torque, high efficiency, low noise (max. 50 dB), long life, and it has self-locking function to prevent the inversion, transmission part is stable and reliable, no need to add oil.
2.9防脫螺栓Anti-off Bolt
拆除外殼時，螺栓附在殼體上，不會脫落。
When removed the shell, the bolt would be attached to the shell and didn’t fall off.
2.10安裝Install
底部安裝尺寸符合ISO5211國際標準，驅動軸套可拆下根據(jù)需要進行加工，適應性強?？梢源怪卑惭b，也可以水平安裝。
The installation size of the bottom conforms to the international standard ISO5211 / DIN3337, The holes are double square so that it’s easy to fix the linear or 45°corner valves attached square bar, adaptable. It can be installed vertically, and also can be installed level.
2.11線路Circuitry
    控制線路符合單相或三相電源標準，線路布置緊湊合理，接線端子可有效滿足各種附加功能的要求。（可根據(jù)客戶要求另行加工。）
Control circuit conforms to the single-phase or three-phase power supply standard, reasonably compact line layout, wiring terminals can effectively satisfy a variety of additional functional requirements.
★注意NOTE：
◎檢查接線圖，電源，輸入/輸出信號是否正確。
Check wiring diagram, power supply, input/output signal correctly.
◎盡量不要改變內(nèi)部接線。
    Don’t change the internal wiring.
◎ 如果電源為3PH，應檢查旋轉方向。
   If the power supply is 3 phase, it should be checking the rotating direction.
◎ 手動使執(zhí)行機構處于半開/關位，通電并輸入開信號。
    Enable the electric actuator lies in a half on/off position, turn on electricity and input the open signal.
◎ 如果執(zhí)行機構向開位運行，則說明接線正確。
    If the electric actuator runs to the open position,it means the wiring is correct.
◎ 如果運動方向相反，則必須交換3根電源線中的兩根。
If the running direction is opposite, it must be change 2 pieces wiring in 3 pieces of wiring.
7.4電流位置傳感器（CPT）Electric current position transducer

7.4.2調(diào)試說明Debug Description
① 取下端蓋remove the cover
② 檢查線路板并連接好線Check circuit board diagram and connect the wires
③ 通電,看輸出電流信號是否正確：turn on electricity, check the output electric current signal:
—當執(zhí)行器全部關閉時，電流信號應為4 mA；
—When the actuator is full-closed, electric current signal is 4 mA
—當執(zhí)行器全部打開時，電流信號應為20 mA。
—When the actuator is full-open, electric current signal is 20 mA.
