我們公司2019年研發(fā)了一款新型雙控溫直燃式自動炒鍋，專為高品質(zhì)原味瓜子花生和樹堅果而設(shè)計，既保留了堅果的原始香味又體現(xiàn)了堅果的酥香，既滿足堅果的芽黃率又可控制黃尾率及外觀.這種新型雙控溫直燃式自動炒鍋在燃燒加熱、溫度控制、內(nèi)部氣體流動、介質(zhì)與堅果混合等方面都做了的改進。具有產(chǎn)能更大、效率更高、品質(zhì)更好的優(yōu)點。

主要特點Features：

1.    炒筒受熱更均勻；加熱裝置散狀分布，炒筒軸向均勻受熱，使炒筒內(nèi)堅果與介質(zhì)在每一個軸向點位上加熱是均勻的，確保炒制的均勻度、芽黃率均有提高。

2.    分區(qū)控溫，操控更便捷；根據(jù)物料的特性，創(chuàng)設(shè)分區(qū)設(shè)定炒制溫度，以滿足物料在炒制過程中所需的不同溫度的需求，溫度整定迅速，適用范圍更廣；例如：炒制原味瓜子時，通過設(shè)定后端加熱溫度，將黃尾率再降低；如果炒制腰果，可以設(shè)定好每段加熱溫度，使炒筒內(nèi)部介質(zhì)溫度均衡、來確保腰果的成品色澤和口感；

3.    介質(zhì)循環(huán)更加有效、節(jié)能；堅果在炒制過程中吸收介質(zhì)中大量的熱量以達到烘干脫水的目的，在介質(zhì)釋放熱量的過程中，由于是散狀加熱，因此可以在多個位置迅速給介質(zhì)補給熱量，從而在介質(zhì)循環(huán)過程中始終保持高效率運行，設(shè)備產(chǎn)能更大，能耗更低；
