FSCL-1型移動(dòng)式油水分離過(guò)濾機(jī)（刮油機(jī)、撇油機(jī)、浮油撈除機(jī)）能夠自動(dòng)將漂浮在切削液表面的污油分離出來(lái)，并將切削液過(guò)濾。使其延長(zhǎng)刀具使用壽命，提高零件光潔度，極大地延長(zhǎng)切削液的使用壽命，減少了機(jī)床停工時(shí)間。

工作周期：
1、使用油水分離過(guò)濾機(jī)對(duì)每臺(tái)機(jī)床冷卻水箱工作3～4小時(shí)，而后轉(zhuǎn)到下一臺(tái)機(jī)床；
2、建議每臺(tái)機(jī)床的冷卻水箱每周循環(huán)過(guò)濾一次；
3、油水分離過(guò)濾機(jī)每班可分離過(guò)濾2臺(tái)機(jī)床冷卻水箱或每周單班10臺(tái)機(jī)床冷卻水箱。
操作方法：
1、使用時(shí)將浮子放入冷卻水箱中油污集中處漂浮在冷卻液表面；
2、將回水管放入冷卻水箱出水口處；
3、給油水分離機(jī)通電（撇油機(jī)220V/25W+水泵290W）工作；
4、油水混合液通過(guò)浮子抽進(jìn)袋式過(guò)濾器（精度25μ）過(guò)濾，再通過(guò)水泵（或隔膜泵）抽到油水分離器內(nèi)進(jìn)行油水分離，干凈的冷卻液返回到冷卻水箱內(nèi)，污油被隔離，通過(guò)盤式撇油機(jī)將污油排到廢油收集桶內(nèi)。

Working cycle:
