The spiral propulsion system and the blasting system make the cooling of the broiler chickens more uniform and thorough. Pre-cooling time can be designed according to customer requirements.

The equipment adopts the method of adding cold water or thin (sheet) ice, adding disinfectant, etc., and stirring by airflow, the propeller blade pushes the bird body to be cleaned, cooled and disinfected. After pre-cooling by the machine, the temperature inside the bird can be reduced to 5- At 8 °C, the poultry body enters the pre-cooler from the inlet during operation. The propeller blade pushes the poultry body to the exit and then pulls it out by the discharge plate. During the whole process, the fan always works, and the wind is blown in by the instrument at the bottom of the casing. The temperature of the coolant is uniform, and the epidermis and internal tissues of the bird are cleaned and cooled, and the pre-cooling effect is ideal.
