GKF潔凈型臥式刮刀卸料離心機(jī)是連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、批處理操作的過(guò)濾式離心機(jī)，結(jié)構(gòu)和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)符合制藥行業(yè)中的GMP要求，批處理循環(huán)時(shí)間短，處理量大，并可獲得較好的過(guò)濾(濾餅含水率低)和洗滌效果。離心機(jī)主要性能和用途為:

隔墻式安裝形式設(shè)計(jì)，工作區(qū)域與機(jī)座、傳動(dòng)、液壓、潤(rùn)滑等結(jié)構(gòu)裝置*隔離;獨(dú)立式液壓系統(tǒng)和潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng);配置全自動(dòng)在線監(jiān)測(cè)的氧氣保護(hù)系統(tǒng):在線清洗系統(tǒng):氣體反吹式殘余濾餅去除裝置;在線滅菌系統(tǒng);PLC 可編程控制、變頻調(diào)速電阻式能耗制動(dòng)等。

離心機(jī)操作過(guò)程中的進(jìn)料、分離、洗滌、脫水、卸料及濾布再生、在線清洗、在線滅菌、氮?dú)獗Ｗo(hù)等過(guò)程按預(yù)先設(shè)定的程序運(yùn)行。控制方式為全自動(dòng)控制，也可脫機(jī)手動(dòng)操作。

隔墻式結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，電機(jī)傳動(dòng)、液壓潤(rùn)滑等動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)與轉(zhuǎn)鼓、機(jī)殼進(jìn)出料裝置等，生產(chǎn)區(qū)通過(guò)機(jī)座面板與墻體的柔性連接，*隔斷。采用PLC控制，按預(yù)定程序自動(dòng)運(yùn)行。觸摸屏操作、可實(shí)現(xiàn)人機(jī)對(duì)話，操作維護(hù)方便。

執(zhí)行元件采用電-氣-液自動(dòng)控制進(jìn)料分離、洗滌脫水甩干、卸料、殘余濾餅去除在線清洗、在線滅菌等全過(guò)程監(jiān)控。

機(jī)殼為整體大翻蓋形式，便于對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)鼓及工作區(qū)域全部部件進(jìn)行*清洗;快開(kāi)式液壓鎖緊結(jié)構(gòu)，操作方便可靠。

采用變頻控制，轉(zhuǎn)鼓速度無(wú)級(jí)可調(diào)?？砂匆笤O(shè)定進(jìn)料、分案

洗滌、脫水、卸料、殘余濾餅吹掃等工藝速度。

液態(tài)阻尼式隔振裝置，無(wú)需浮動(dòng)平臺(tái)，機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)。

氣體反吹裝置可在刮料時(shí)輔助刮刀卸料有效去除殘余濾餅層。在線清洗系統(tǒng)，在離心機(jī)中內(nèi)外表面，轉(zhuǎn)鼓底卸料斗門(mén)蓋等部位設(shè)置多個(gè)噴淋球，可在線對(duì)工作區(qū)內(nèi)部進(jìn)行沖洗，達(dá)到工藝上的潔凈度要求。

全自動(dòng)在線監(jiān)測(cè)的氮?dú)獗Ｗo(hù)系統(tǒng)，確保離心機(jī)始終在惰性氣體的正壓下工作，必要時(shí)可配置在線氧量分析儀，以實(shí)現(xiàn)防爆要求的目的。

可配置在線滅菌裝置(VHP)，對(duì)離心機(jī)內(nèi)腔及管路進(jìn)行在線滅菌。
