產(chǎn)品用途 Purposes
該產(chǎn)品適用于各種馬口鐵罐、奶粉罐、塑料罐、紙罐等各種圓形規(guī)格易拉罐先抽真空再充氮?dú)?，后封口?/span>主要用于醫(yī)藥、食品等行業(yè)的奶粉、烘干肉類、海鮮、什錦蔬菜、醬類、咸菜等產(chǎn)品的包裝封口，通過抽真空、充氮?dú)猓鸬奖ｕr作用，同時(shí)延長(zhǎng)了產(chǎn)品的保質(zhì)期，是食品、奶粉、制藥等行業(yè)*的理想設(shè)備。可單獨(dú)使用，也可以與其它灌裝生產(chǎn)線配套使用。
This product is used to vacuumize, fill with nitrogen and seam all kinds of round cans like tin cans, milk powder cans, plastic cans and paper cans. It is mainly applicable to seam packages for such products as milk powder, protein powder, dried meat, seafood, assorted vegetables, sauces and pickles in pharmaceutical and food industries and so on. It is a kind of ideal equipment necessary for such industries as food, milk powder and pharmacy to keep products fresh and extend the shelf life by vacuuming and nitrogen filling. The machine can be used alone or together with other filling production lines.
性能特點(diǎn) Performance characteristics
1.抽真空、充氮?dú)?、封?/span>過程均在密封室內(nèi)進(jìn)行，有效防止空氣二次進(jìn)入罐內(nèi)；
1. Processes of vacuuming, nitrogen filling and seaming are conducted in seamed chamber to effectively prevent air from entering the cans again;
2.通過更換壓蓋模、罐身固定夾、下蓋器等配件就可封不同規(guī)格的易拉罐和奶粉罐；
2. Different-sized ring-pull cans and milk powder cans can be seamed by replacing accessories like lid-pressing die, can clamp and lid-dropping device;
3.罐蓋聯(lián)控：當(dāng)有罐進(jìn)入時(shí)，才相應(yīng)給蓋，無罐不給蓋；
3. Can-lid interlock control: corresponding lid is given only when there is a can, and no lid no can;
4.無蓋停機(jī)：當(dāng)下蓋器沒有給蓋時(shí)，自動(dòng)停機(jī)，避免罐身咬住壓蓋模、損壞卷封機(jī)構(gòu)零部件；
4. The machine will stop in the case of no lid: it can automatically stop when no lid is dropped by the lid-dropping device so as to avoid seizing of lid-pressing die by the can and parts damage of seaming mechanism;
5.自動(dòng)化控制，采用PLC可編控制器控制，人機(jī)界面觸摸屏操作；
5. Auto-control: with PLC (Programmable Logic Control), the machine can be operated on human-machine interface touch panel;
6.所有氣動(dòng)元件和電磁閥均采用”亞德客”品牌；

7.采用高精度數(shù)顯壓力傳感器檢測(cè)真空壓力，可以任意設(shè)置所需的真空壓力；
