一 圓面包生產(chǎn)線介紹:
該面包生產(chǎn)線由、三道搟面主機(jī)、加餡機(jī)、成型機(jī)等設(shè)備組成。主控制系統(tǒng)采用PLC,德國(guó)SICK光電控制到觸摸顯示屏,*實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代自動(dòng)化人機(jī)界面。電控部分采用進(jìn)口光電感應(yīng)器精密控制,生產(chǎn)化程度高

二 生產(chǎn)流程:
面皮經(jīng)過(guò)三道壓面輪及搟面裝置之輾壓延展,使面皮有光澤、品質(zhì)穩(wěn)定;每道壓面輪皆有厚薄調(diào)整裝置來(lái)設(shè)定面皮之厚度以增加或減少產(chǎn)品之重量;面皮在通過(guò)壓面輪與搟薄裝置間均有電眼控制速度,使面皮不會(huì)因主機(jī)輸送速度過(guò)快而斷裂或過(guò)慢而阻塞;經(jīng)過(guò)后一道主機(jī)壓面輪,面皮會(huì)落在主機(jī)輸送帶上,由自動(dòng)開(kāi)花器對(duì)面皮進(jìn)行條狀、網(wǎng)狀等開(kāi)花;再經(jīng)由卷輪及輔助卷輪將面皮卷成條狀;卷面的過(guò)程中可以加餡;若欲生產(chǎn)切塊產(chǎn)品,可打開(kāi)分離式切臺(tái)電源,并設(shè)定其切斷長(zhǎng)度以決定產(chǎn)品之長(zhǎng)度尺寸及重量大??;具同步調(diào)速功能,操作方便。
