殺菌鍋設(shè)備特點:
 
轉(zhuǎn)換水流方向:溫度均勻、*殺菌鍋內(nèi)循環(huán)水呈上、下、左、右均勻的轉(zhuǎn)換,保證了殺菌鍋內(nèi)從升溫、殺菌、降溫、冷卻、鍋內(nèi)每個點的熱分布均勻,達到了理想的殺菌效果。
 
升溫速度快,殺菌時間短本機采用雙罐熱水循環(huán),可以事先把熱水罐加溫到所需溫度再進行殺菌鍋滅菌,從而縮短了升溫時間。殺菌鍋工作過程中的工作介質(zhì)可以循環(huán)使用,節(jié)省了能源、時間及人力物力的消耗,降低了生產(chǎn)成本。
 
殺菌精度高本機采用的技術(shù)及*的日本電腦元件,利用鍋內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)換的熱水循環(huán),浸泡式殺菌,在工作過程中,對鍋內(nèi)溫度壓力、殺菌時間、進汽、排汽、進水、排水等過程,全部采用電腦自動化控制,鍋內(nèi)度在0.3度左右。確保產(chǎn)品的色澤、口味、營養(yǎng)成分不變,保持原有風(fēng)味。
 
 
殺菌鍋安裝要求:
 
1)設(shè)備處于水平位置(也可根據(jù)客戶定位)
 
2)安裝設(shè)備的區(qū)域能盡量寬敞,以便于操作。
 
3)排氣口不得排放在車間內(nèi)。
