進(jìn)口管道離心泵，供輸送清水及物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)類似于水的其他液體之用，使用溫度T ≤ 80℃，其適用于：

高層建筑增壓送水

遠(yuǎn)距離輸送

暖通空調(diào)冷熱水循環(huán)增壓及設(shè)備配套

結(jié)構(gòu)特征

泵為立式結(jié)構(gòu)，進(jìn)出口口徑相同，且位于同一中心線上，可像閥門一樣安裝于管路之中，外形緊湊美觀、占地面積小，建造投入大大降低。

葉輪直接安裝在電機(jī)的加長軸上，軸向尺寸短，泵與軸承配置合理，能有效的平衡泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生的徑向和軸向負(fù)荷，從而保證了泵的運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)性及振動(dòng)噪音低等。

軸封為機(jī)械密封，且采用硬質(zhì)耐磨合金材料制成，正常使用時(shí)間可達(dá)8000 小時(shí)以上。

安裝檢修方便，無需拆動(dòng)管路系統(tǒng)，只要拆下泵聯(lián)體座即可抽出全部轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部件。

工作條件

大工作壓力≤ 2.5MPa（不同泵型號(hào)有所區(qū)別）

吸排介質(zhì)的固體不溶物體積不超過單位體積的0.1%

周圍環(huán)境溫度不超過40℃，海拔高度不超過1000m，相對(duì)濕度不超過95%

主要零件材質(zhì)

過流部件材質(zhì)一般為普通灰鑄鐵。

成套范圍

成套供應(yīng)泵，電動(dòng)機(jī)、公用底座、聯(lián)軸器等，還提供底閥、止回閥、閘閥。
