風(fēng)機的維護

1、定期清除風(fēng)機內(nèi)部雜質(zhì)，防止銹蝕和振動。

2、每個月給軸承注入2號鈣鈉基潤滑脂或二硫化鉬潤滑脂。

3、軸承溫度不得超過70℃。

4、風(fēng)機在啟動或工作中如發(fā)現(xiàn)異常，應(yīng)立即停機檢修。

機殼維修

除定期檢查機殼與進(jìn)氣室內(nèi)部是否有嚴(yán)重的磨損，清除嚴(yán)重的粉塵堆積之外，這些部位可不進(jìn)行其他特殊的維修。定期檢查所有的緊固螺栓是否緊固，對有壓緊螺栓部的風(fēng)機，將底腳上的蝶形彈簧壓緊到圖紙所規(guī)定的安裝高度。
