2、每個(gè)月給軸承注入2號(hào)鈣鈉基潤(rùn)滑脂或二硫化鉬潤(rùn)滑脂。

3、軸承溫度不得超過(guò)70℃。

4、風(fēng)機(jī)在啟動(dòng)或工作中如發(fā)現(xiàn)異常，應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢修。

機(jī)殼維修

除定期檢查機(jī)殼與進(jìn)氣室內(nèi)部是否有嚴(yán)重的磨損，清除嚴(yán)重的粉塵堆積之外，這些部位可不進(jìn)行其他特殊的維修。定期檢查所有的緊固螺栓是否緊固，對(duì)有壓緊螺栓部的風(fēng)機(jī)，將底腳上的蝶形彈簧壓緊到圖紙所規(guī)定的安裝高度。
