進口臥式不銹鋼管道離心泵輸送介質(zhì)：

1、稀薄、干凈、非易燃易爆并不含固體顆粒和纖維的液體；

2、可輸送輕腐蝕性介質(zhì)（與介質(zhì)中氯離子含量、酸和堿的濃度、是否對橡膠和機械密封摩擦付材料產(chǎn)生腐蝕等情況有關(guān)）；

3、所輸送介質(zhì)的密度不能大于清水，粘度要接近于水。否則需配用大功率電機

1、泵應(yīng)緊固在平穩(wěn)的水平基座上；

2、泵的安裝要保證泵在使用時不受系統(tǒng)管路張力的影響；

3、為保證電機的正常運轉(zhuǎn)，泵要安裝在具有良好通風(fēng)條件、并防冰凍的位置；

4、電氣接線裝置應(yīng)保證泵不受缺相、電壓不穩(wěn)、漏電和過載的損害。

 5、維修方便，勿需拆卸管道，只要拆下連接架，取出電機及傳動組件即可進行檢修維護。
