安裝 / 使用方法及開(kāi)關(guān)功能（Installation method and function of switch）

    （1）安裝 / 使用方法（Installation method）

    

        1）安裝設(shè)備時(shí)，地面要保障水平而堅(jiān)固。

（A floor is strong,and please install equipment in the place

that is a level）

2）請(qǐng)將設(shè)備下端的腳輪剎車(chē)鎖住。       

   （Please run a  brake of a wheel for a transfer installed in the 

     bottom of  equipment.）

3) 請(qǐng)組裝擋水板、接料板、送料板、出料板。

（Construction for water cover,skin out shoot,in-shoot,out-shoot.）

 4) 連接電源（Please connect the power.）

 5) 水閥上連接水管后后鎖緊。

  （Connect water hose to a ball valve,and join decreases in a band）

 6) 打開(kāi)電源，請(qǐng)確認(rèn)MOTOR的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否正確。

  （ON does a switch and confirms whether revolution course of

    a motor is with forword/opposite course.）

7) 確認(rèn)供應(yīng)水是否正常以后，按開(kāi)始按鈕確認(rèn)滾軸旋轉(zhuǎn)方向

   是否正常。（I confirm whether water is normally supplied

   with and press an operation button and confirm whether roller

   revolution  course is with normality and use.）

 

• 拖措及順序方法
  • 刀架前端往上翹起時(shí)：
    • 因?yàn)楸粓?jiān)硬異物受損翹上去的，需要把凸出的部分磨平。
  • 刀板蓋彎曲時(shí)：
    • 一般往上彎曲，刀板蓋上墊付布料以后用錘子整平。
  • 滾軸（主軸），刀架前端狀態(tài)：
    • 確認(rèn)主軸鈍化狀態(tài)、刀架前端損壞狀態(tài)，如嚴(yán)重需要更換。

    • 要保持衛(wèi)生上的時(shí)常清潔。清潔時(shí)不需要工具，就可以分解設(shè)備。按照設(shè)備安裝程序的相反順序，拆卸擋板后用清水清洗。

      ※注意事項(xiàng)：每天使用機(jī)械完工后用淡水清洗，*不開(kāi)機(jī)時(shí)，請(qǐng)將設(shè)備放置在通風(fēng)干燥的地方。
