【進(jìn)口防爆型電磁閥】工作原理：

防爆電磁閥是把設(shè)備可能點(diǎn)燃爆炸性氣體混合物的部件全部封閉在一個(gè)外殼內(nèi)，其外殼能夠承受通過外殼任何接合面或結(jié)構(gòu)間隙，滲透到外殼內(nèi)部的可燃性混合物在內(nèi)部爆炸而不損壞，并且不會(huì)引起外部由一種、多種氣體或蒸氣形成的爆炸性環(huán)境的點(diǎn)燃，把可能產(chǎn)生火花、電弧和危險(xiǎn)溫度的零部件均放入隔爆外殼內(nèi)，隔爆外殼使設(shè)備內(nèi)部空間與周圍的環(huán)境隔開。隔爆外殼存在間隙，因電氣設(shè)備呼吸作用和氣體滲透作用，使內(nèi)部可能存在爆炸性氣體混合物，當(dāng)其發(fā)生爆炸時(shí)，外殼可以承受產(chǎn)生的爆炸壓力而不損壞，同時(shí)ZCSB防爆電磁閥外殼結(jié)構(gòu)間隙可冷卻火焰、降低火焰?zhèn)鞑ニ俣然蚪K止加速鏈，使火焰或危險(xiǎn)的火焰生成物不能穿越 隔爆間隙點(diǎn)燃外部爆炸性環(huán)境，從而達(dá)到隔爆目的。

不銹鋼防爆電磁閥是不銹鋼電磁閥與防爆線圈組成，應(yīng)用于易燃易爆等危險(xiǎn)工作場(chǎng)合，防爆電磁閥可廣泛地應(yīng)用與紡織、印刷、化工、塑料、橡膠、制藥、食品、建材、機(jī)械、電器、表面處理等生產(chǎn)和科研部門以及科研、干燥設(shè)備、清洗設(shè)備、真空設(shè)備、電鍍涂裝、蒸餾機(jī)、濾油機(jī)、加濕器、食品機(jī)械、石油化工設(shè)施中。

【進(jìn)口防爆型電磁閥】維護(hù)說明：

1、不銹鋼防爆電磁閥建議使用單位指派專人負(fù)責(zé)使用保養(yǎng)。

2、防爆電磁閥安裝后，須通入介質(zhì)試動(dòng)作數(shù)次，確認(rèn)正常后方可投入正式使用。

3、應(yīng)定期清洗大閥內(nèi)外及銜鐵吸合面的污物。注意不要損壞密封面。

4、防爆電磁閥較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不用時(shí)，應(yīng)關(guān)閉閥前手動(dòng)閥，重新啟用時(shí)，蒸汽電磁閥應(yīng)將冷凝水排除干凈，并作試動(dòng)作數(shù)次，待開關(guān)正常后方可投入使用。

5、防爆電磁閥從管路上卸下不用時(shí)，應(yīng)將內(nèi)部零件試凈并用壓縮空氣吹凈儲(chǔ)存。

6、使用時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)時(shí)，如活塞與閥座間密封不好，可將活塞密封面重新磨平，再和閥座研磨。

7、電磁閥工作時(shí)，要注意閥門前后壓力表，要求工作壓力不得超過額定壓力，工作壓差必須在額定壓差范圍內(nèi)。當(dāng)工作壓力超過額定壓力或工作壓差超過額定壓差時(shí)，電磁閥要停止使用，關(guān)閉前后手動(dòng)閥，以防止電磁閥爆炸和泄漏
