基本用途
◆ SPL-H貼標(biāo)簽機(jī)屬于自動(dòng)側(cè)面貼標(biāo)機(jī)系列，適用于扁瓶、圓瓶、方瓶的單側(cè)面貼標(biāo)，如洗發(fā)瓶，潤滑油扁瓶，洗手液圓瓶等單側(cè)面貼標(biāo)。
可選配在線打印貼標(biāo)機(jī)或噴碼機(jī)到貼標(biāo)頭，可實(shí)現(xiàn)在標(biāo)簽上打印電子監(jiān)管碼、生產(chǎn)日期、批號(hào)和噴印條碼、二維碼條碼追溯等信息。
可選視覺檢測設(shè)備、輸送帶&傳送帶，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行視覺檢測剔除功能，可增加自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線、流水線及碼垛機(jī)器人對(duì)后段包裝產(chǎn)品的裝箱、封箱等。

工作原理
◆ 核心工作原理：傳感器檢測到產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過，傳回信號(hào)到貼標(biāo)控制系統(tǒng)，信號(hào)經(jīng)過PLC處理后，在適當(dāng)時(shí)刻送出標(biāo)簽貼附在產(chǎn)品設(shè)定位置上，產(chǎn)品流經(jīng)覆標(biāo)裝置，標(biāo)簽被覆牢固，一張標(biāo)簽的貼附動(dòng)作完成。
◆ 操作過程：放產(chǎn)品（可接流水線）—>產(chǎn)品輸送（自動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)）—>產(chǎn)品糾正（自動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)）—>產(chǎn)品檢測（自動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)）—>貼標(biāo)（自動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)）—>覆標(biāo)（自動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)）—>收集已貼標(biāo)產(chǎn)品。

Automatic Single Side Labeling Machine
Basic uses
SPL-H labeling machine belongs to automatic side labeling machine series. It is suitable for single side labeling of flat bottle, round bottle and square bottle, such as shampoo flat bottle, lubricant flat bottle, hａnd washing liquid round bottle, etc.
Optional on-line printing labeling machine or jet printer to label head, can print electronic supervision code, production date, batch number and jet printing bar code, two-dimensional code bar code traceability and other information on the label.
Optional visual inspection equipment, conveyor bel&conveyor belt can be used to realize visual inspection and removal of products. Automated production lines, assembly lines and stacking robots can be added to pack and seal the back packing products.

Scope of application

Working principle
_Core working principle: Sensor detects product process, sends back signal to labeling control system. After signal is processed by PLC, label is sent out and attached to the set position of the product at the appropriate time. The product flows through the labeling device, the label is firmly covered, and the affixing action of a label is completed.
_Operation process: release product (connectable pipeline) - > product delivery (automatic realization) > Product correction (automatic realization) > product detection (automatic realization) > labeling (automatic realization) > labeling (automatic realization) > collection of labeled products.
