蝶片式止回閥是指依靠介質(zhì)本身流動而自動開、閉閥瓣，用來防止介質(zhì)倒流的閥門，又稱逆止閥、單向閥、逆流閥、和背壓閥。止回閥屬于一種自動閥門，其主要作用是防止介質(zhì)倒流、防止泵及驅(qū)動電動機反轉(zhuǎn)，以及容器介質(zhì)的泄放。止回閥還可用于給其中的壓力可能升至超過系統(tǒng)壓的輔助系統(tǒng)提供補給的管路上。止回閥主要可分為旋啟式止回閥（依重心旋轉(zhuǎn)）、升降式止回閥（沿軸線移動）、蝶片式止回閥（沿中心旋轉(zhuǎn)）。

蝶片式止回閥的作用是只允許介質(zhì)向一個方向流動，而且阻止方向流動。通常這種閥門是自動工作的，在一個方向流動的流體壓力作用下，閥瓣打開；流體反方向流動時，由流體壓力和閥瓣的自重合閥瓣作用于閥座，從而切斷流動。

安裝事項

止回閥的安裝應注意以下事頂：

1、在管線中不要使止回閥承受重量，大型的止回閥應獨立支撐，使之不受管系產(chǎn)生的壓力的影響。

2、安裝時注意介質(zhì)流動的方向應與閥體所票箭頭方向一致。

3、升降式垂直瓣止回閥應安裝在垂直管道上。

4、升降式水平瓣止回閥應安裝在水平管道上

Installation matters

安裝和使用

1、本閥門通路兩端須堵塞，存在干燥通風的室內(nèi)。如長期存放，應經(jīng)常檢查防銹蝕。

2、安裝前應將閥門清洗干凈，并消除在運輸過程中造成的缺陷。

3、安裝時必須仔細核對閥門上的標志和銘牌是否符合使用要求。

4、本閥門安裝在水平管道上，閥蓋向上。
