罐體規(guī)格從50L—5000L全系列，并可根據(jù)用戶需求設(shè)計(jì)制造。
①結(jié)構(gòu)：立式，上平蓋、下橢圓封頭，帶標(biāo)準(zhǔn)夾套，帶平葉圓盤渦輪攪拌裝置；
②材質(zhì)：接觸藥液部位為316L，其余為304。
③設(shè)計(jì)壓力：內(nèi)筒0.25Mpa，夾套0.33Mpa。
④粗糙度：內(nèi)表面機(jī)械拋光Ra≤0.35，外表面上下封頭鏡面拋光，直筒體噴砂亞光處理。

二、全自動控制系統(tǒng)（可根據(jù)用戶需求設(shè)計(jì)）
1 攪拌：根據(jù)DO或設(shè)定值，變頻器自控調(diào)速。
2 進(jìn)氣：流量計(jì)自動控制。
3 罐壓：調(diào)節(jié)閥自控。
4 PH：根據(jù)設(shè)定值及PH計(jì)自控，采用蠕動泵加酸、堿。
5 消泡：消泡電極自控。
6 液位：平板式液位計(jì)或其他液位計(jì)，如壓差式等。
7 補(bǔ)料：采用蠕動泵補(bǔ)料，可用時(shí)間設(shè)置補(bǔ)料量。
8 滅菌：手控。
9 培養(yǎng)溫度：采用循環(huán)水箱自控溫度，溫度范圍：30～40℃ 0.5℃。
10 控制方式：全部采用計(jì)算機(jī)自動控制，控制軟件為FPC2000系統(tǒng)。

(5) Tanks annex configuration: (Can be based on user demand design) : PH, blinding detector, Clean cleaning ball, Hard alloy + silicon carbide mechanical seal, * without leakage, mixing reducer, other process (Including sampling mouth, charging mouth, discharging mouth intake, SIP, CIP mouth, etc.).

Second, automatic control system (Can be based on user demand design)
(1) Mixing: According to DO or setting, inverter control speed. (2) Inlet: Flowmeter automatic control.
(3) Cans of pressure: Regulator self-control.
(4) PH: According to the set value and PH dollars self-control, adopt peristaltic pump plus acid, alkali.
(5) Defoaming: Defoaming electrode self-control.
(6) Level: Plate-type liquidometer or other level gauge, such as the differential pressure, etc..
(7) Fill material: Adopt peristaltic pump filling materials, usable time set fill shoes.
(8) Sterilization: Manual control.
(9) Dhe incubation temperature: Using circulating cistern control temperature, temperature range: 30～40℃±0.5 ℃.
(10) Control mode: Adopt computer automatic control, the control software for FPC2000 system.
