一.定義Definition：

休止角是指粉體堆積層的自由斜面在靜止的平衡狀態(tài)下，與水平面所形成的角

二.工作原理principle：

休止角常用的方法是固定圓錐法（亦稱殘留圓錐法）。固定圓錐法將粉體注入到某一有限直徑的圓盤中心上，直到粉體堆積層斜邊的物料沿圓盤邊緣自動(dòng)流出為止，停止注入，測(cè)定休止角。

the usual method of angle of repose is to fix the cone method (also called residual conic method).Fixed cone method : inject powder to  the center of disc with limited diameter, until the hypotenuse powder accumulation of material automatically  flow along the edge of disk, stop injection, measure angle of repose.

特點(diǎn)Characteristics：

測(cè)試粉末和顆粒通過漏斗的時(shí)間和形成的角度，測(cè)試前進(jìn)行預(yù)堆積，從而已知樣品量，將已知質(zhì)量粉末從漏斗流出而形成的堆積角，以及流出所需要的時(shí)間；可以獲得休止角和流速數(shù)據(jù)。

用休止角評(píng)價(jià)粉體的流動(dòng)性能，只能表示流動(dòng)性的好壞，或者用于比較同種粉體因水分和粒度等引起的流動(dòng)性差別。
