滯環(huán)控制以響應(yīng)速度快和結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單而著稱,是一種應(yīng)用很廣泛的閉環(huán)電流跟蹤控制方法。在各種變流器控制系統(tǒng)中,滯環(huán)控制單元一般同時(shí)兼有兩種職能,一是作為閉環(huán)電流調(diào)節(jié)器,二是起著PWM調(diào)節(jié)器的作用,即將電流參考信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換為相應(yīng)的開(kāi)關(guān)指令信號(hào),控制功率器件的導(dǎo)通和關(guān)閉。
傳統(tǒng)滯環(huán)電流采用模擬器件實(shí)現(xiàn)的方式,即采用硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)滯環(huán)比較器,其滯環(huán)寬度固定,但開(kāi)關(guān)頻率不固定,高低懸殊,有時(shí)會(huì)出現(xiàn)很窄的脈沖和很大的電流尖峰,且zui高頻率難以控制,易超過(guò)器件開(kāi)關(guān)頻率的上限。
從整體上說(shuō),這種滯環(huán)比較器回差值固定,調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)需要變動(dòng)電路中的元件參數(shù),不利于電路的優(yōu)化運(yùn)行。
在此基礎(chǔ)上,我司變流器控制系統(tǒng)目前采用雙環(huán)控制,外環(huán)為電壓環(huán),內(nèi)環(huán)為電流環(huán),外環(huán)采用PI控制策略,將電壓環(huán)PI出來(lái)的有功電流信號(hào)id和無(wú)功電流信號(hào)iq經(jīng)過(guò)反dq變換生成電流給定值,再直接下發(fā)到硬件控制板,通過(guò)硬件滯環(huán)比較的方式來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)PWM波的生成。
第二章電流環(huán)控制優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)
2.1 控制原理分析
一般情況下,滯環(huán)比較器均采用對(duì)稱方式。如圖1所示。
h為對(duì)稱滯環(huán)比較器的滯環(huán)寬度值,當(dāng)error>h時(shí),輸出PWM=1,變換器輸出電壓U0=Ud,負(fù)載電流Ig上升;當(dāng)error<-h時(shí),輸出pwm=0,變換器輸出電壓u0=-ud,負(fù)載電流ig下降。依此反復(fù),便實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)輸出負(fù)載電流ig的跟蹤控制,使其跟隨指令電流ir,誤差值|error|=|ir-ig|<=h。由于上下比較閥值相等,因此在每個(gè)開(kāi)關(guān)周期內(nèi),平均跟蹤誤差都為零。其中,ud為逆變母線電壓正極對(duì)地電壓。
