田楓凍干機外貿(mào)簡介
閱讀：302 發(fā)布時間：2013-11-1冷凍干燥機是將含水物品預(yù)先凍結(jié)，然后將其水分在真空狀態(tài)下升華而獲得干燥物品的一種技術(shù)方法。經(jīng)過冷凍干燥處理的物品易于長期保存，加水后能恢復(fù)到凍干前的狀態(tài)并保持原有的生化特性及物質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)。對于熱敏物質(zhì)如抗菌素、疫苗、血液制品、酶激素和其它生物制品，冷凍干燥技術(shù)更能顯示其*性。
田楓FD實驗室真空冷凍干燥機系列采用風(fēng)冷冷凝式制冷系統(tǒng)，冷阱可作預(yù)凍，不銹鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，透明干燥室，便于觀察冷凍干燥的全過程。
Freeze-dryer working principle:
Freeze drying is an advanced method of dehydration,whose process takes advantage of the principle of ice crystal's lyophilization under purified vacuum condition,in which the water In ice form on the frozen goods can be directly lyophilized into steam without melting in advance,thus the goods are dried.Through freeze drying processing items are easy to long-term preservation, after adding water,which can be restored to the original state and keep the biochemical characteristics and structure of the material.Freeze drying has more demonstrated its advantage for thermally labile substances,such as antibiotics、vaccine、blood products、enzymes and other biologics.
TianFeng FD series of freeze dryer adopt air-cooled condenser,cold trap can be used for pre-freezing,stainless steel,transparent drying chamber ,easy to observe the whole process of freeze-drying.
