Operation Instruction of the Pressure Control Monitor
一、特性(Characteristic):
壓力顯控器( 以下簡稱儀表) 是在受壓時,借助于彈性元件的位移同時進行壓力指示和控制的新型自控儀表,由于采用了雙重彈性元件分別進行壓力指示和控制,因而其精度大幅度提高,同時具有結構合理,控制精度高、穩(wěn)定可靠、抗震性*。觸點容量大,使用安裝方便,可以進行現(xiàn)場調整等優(yōu)點。
The pressure control monitor (hereafter refers to as the instrument) is a new kind of automatic control instrument that carries out the pressure indication and the control simultaneously with the aid of the displacement of elastic elements under pressure. Since it adopts the dual elastic elements to carry out the pressure indication and the control respectively, its precision rises substantially. At the same time, it has many advantages such as reasonable structure, high control precision, steady reliable, superior anti-seismic performance and large contact capacity, convenient to use and install as well as adjustable on-the-spot.
二、用途(Usage):
本儀表適用于對無爆炸危險的非結晶和凝固的無腐蝕性介質壓力進行一位或二位式控制。
This instrument is suitable for one or two type control to the amorphous substance with no explosion hazard and the coagulate medium without corrosiveness.
三、主要技術參數(shù)(Main technical parameter):
1. 規(guī)格(Specifications):單位為MPa(The unit is MPa)
注(Note):1 MPa = 10.2 Kgf/em2

9. 使用環(huán)境條件:‐40 ―+ 60℃相對溫度不大于85%(Operating ambient conditions: ‐40 ―+ 60℃.The relative temperature is not bigger than 85%.)
四、結構原理(Structural principle):
儀表由彈性元件,控制機構、調整機構、指示裝置,表殼及接線盒等組成。
其工作原理是:在介質壓力作用下,彈簧管末斷產生位移,當壓力達到所設定的控制值時,推動微動開關產生瞬間開關動作,使控制系統(tǒng)中的電路得以通斷切換,達到自動控制或發(fā)出信號的目的。
