測(cè)定路面回彈彎沉值、籍以評(píng)定路面的整體強(qiáng)度的一種儀器，適用于測(cè)定各種路面的回彈彎沉，以評(píng)定路面的承載能力或其路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)使用，也適用于路基路面施工過(guò)程中的壓實(shí)度彎沉檢驗(yàn)。路面彎沉儀用以測(cè)量在汽車荷載作用下，路基、柔性路面的彎沉，汽車后軸輪隙中心處的Z大總彎沉和Z大回彈彎沉。

一）技術(shù)要求

1. 彎沉測(cè)量范圍：0-10mm

2. 測(cè)量精度：±0.01mm

3. 貝克曼梁總長(zhǎng)：5.4m

4. 杠桿比：2:1

5．主要零部件材料要求：

（1）鋁探測(cè)梁和測(cè)頭采用鑄鋁，符合ZL401，GB1173-74《鑄鋁合金的機(jī)械性能》。

（2）中軸套采用45號(hào)鋼GB699-65《優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼》。

6．裝配要求：前后杠桿連接平整、牢固，不得有松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象，整個(gè)長(zhǎng)度范圍內(nèi)，不平整度各方面均應(yīng)小于2mm。

7．外觀要求：儀器顏色為橘紅色，以利反光，避免溫度影響，涂漆表面應(yīng)平整，色澤均勻，漆層不得有漏涂，起皺，劃傷和脫落，百分表架應(yīng)電鍍，電鍍件鍍層不得有斑痕，氣泡露底和劃傷現(xiàn)象。

5main parts material requirements:
