Model ZCF-DX Pouch Filling & Cap-turning Machine
本機(jī)適用于各種帶出料管軟包裝袋的灌裝加蓋。如灌裝牛奶、吸吸果凍、果醬、調(diào)味品及洗滌用品等。
USE：The machine is suitable for filling and cap-turning of various soft-packing bags （withstraw）of milk, yogurt,jelly,jam, seasoning and detergent.

      1.本機(jī)從自動定位→自動吹氣→自動定量兩次灌裝→自動清洗→自動下蓋→自動旋蓋→自動退袋
      2.整機(jī)采用氣動、機(jī)械傳動和電控相結(jié)合。
      3.自動定量兩次灌裝，定量準(zhǔn)、無噴濺、無泄漏。
      4.自動下蓋高效、穩(wěn)定。自動旋蓋裝置具有自動打滑功能使旋蓋松緊適當(dāng)。
      5.與物料接觸部分及機(jī)身均采用不銹鋼材料制作，產(chǎn)品衛(wèi)生，機(jī)器光亮整潔。
      6.電器元件，可根據(jù)客戶需要，配套進(jìn)口或國產(chǎn)電氣元件。
      7.可根據(jù)用戶需要增減部分功能。
FEATURE：1. Automatic positioning→automatic air flush→automatic quota two-time filling→self-cleaning→automatic cap-falling→automatic cap-turning→automatic bag-withdrawing.
      2.The machine combines pneumatic drive,machanical drive and electric control.
      3.Automatic quota two-time filling, accurate quota, no spillage, no leakage.   
      4. Automatic cap-falling device is highly effective and stable. Automatic cap-turning device is with automatic slipping function, it can turn the cap to proper tightness.
      5.The main body and all parts having contacted with food are made of stainless steel, ensuring the healthy food and cleanness of the machine.
      6.Imported or chinese homemade pneumatic components are selectable as required by the client.
      7.According to customer’s need, we may increase or reduce partial functions.
