分瓶螺桿：將欲套標瓶做等距分開，進入帶瓶組。

分瓶螺桿的常用材質有三種：種，國產(chǎn)POM和進口POM材質，常用的為國產(chǎn)POM材質，優(yōu)點是成本較低，特性是不易變形，自潤滑性能高，不會劃傷瓶子。進口POM特性屬于國產(chǎn)POM加強版，但是成本較高，所以大多數(shù)人設計師在非必要情況下還是選擇國產(chǎn)POM材質。

第二種，MC尼龍材質，成本與POM相差不大，常應用于沖擊力較大需要耐沖擊的環(huán)境，特性是耐沖擊、耐刮擦，自潤滑性能好，耐磨，有些朋友遇到分瓶螺桿經(jīng)常斷裂的情況下，可以嘗試使用下MC尼龍的材質；

第三種，PE材質，PE的成本方面跟前面兩種相差不大，分瓶螺桿行業(yè)里用的比較少，PE材質的特性就是耐磨，很多朋友反映分瓶螺桿由于磨損較嚴重需要經(jīng)常更換，建議可以試用一下PE材質的分瓶螺桿。

The bottle screw industry is less used, and the PE material is the largest The characteristic is wear resistance. Many friends report that the bottle split screw needs to be replaced frequently due to severe wear. It is recommended to try the bottle split screw made of PE material.
