3、與傳統(tǒng)人工磕蛋相比可獲得高比率的蛋液，提高工作效率節(jié)省人工。
4、更符合食品衛(wèi)生要求、無蛋殼及蛋殼外臟物進(jìn)入蛋液。
5、變量更調(diào)速控制速度。
