工作原理

箱型干燥機(jī)中有可移動(dòng)的盤子，需干燥的原料放在盤子內(nèi)，運(yùn)行時(shí)風(fēng)車迫使空氣通過電熱管，再穿過有很多的小孔隔墻，并均勻吹進(jìn)原料，當(dāng)原料均勻烘干后，潮濕的空氣從另一道墻口排出

Working Principle

Place material on the movable trays; start the switch on power and machine starts to operate , strong wind wheel activated will blow air from the air inlet into the electric heating tube , hot air goes through the pored separated wall , and blows evenly on the material , moisture will be expelled by the dehumidification blower on the top . Moisture is expelled and material is dried through repeated process

什么是蜂巢式陶瓷除濕轉(zhuǎn)輪

蜂巢式陶瓷除濕轉(zhuǎn)輪是以陶瓷羅維為基材形成蜂巢轉(zhuǎn)輪，然后利用特殊化學(xué)合成兩段結(jié)晶方法，把吸濕劑硅膠和分子篩均勻結(jié)晶在陶瓷羅維轉(zhuǎn)輪上，使其具有吸濕能力，這種結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)輪在運(yùn)行時(shí)不會(huì)產(chǎn)生粉末，并且使用壽命大大延長(zhǎng)，潮濕的空氣通過蜂巢式除濕轉(zhuǎn)輪中無數(shù)微孔（吸濕劑）后，濕氣被有效的吸收，經(jīng)除濕轉(zhuǎn)輪過濾分離出來的空氣被撤底除濕后成為超低露點(diǎn)的干燥空氣，再生也是在同樣的原理下進(jìn)行的，只是通過蜂巢除濕轉(zhuǎn)輪（吸濕劑）的方向相反

Desiccant wheel cellular ceramic substrate is formed of ceramic fiber honeycomb wheels , then the use of special methods of chemical synthesis of two crystals , the hygroscopic agent silica gel and molecular sieve crystals evenly on the wheel in the ceramic fiber , it has strong moisture absorption capacity . The structure of the wheel will not have powder in the run-time and significantly longer service life . Moist air through the desiccant wheel in numerous cellular micro (hygroscopic agent ), the moisture is effectively absorbed by the desiccant wheel out of the air filter was completely isolated after a low dew point dehumidification dry air . Regeneration is carried out under the same principle , only through the honeycomb desiccant wheel (hygroscopic agent )in the opposite direction

塑料制品成型不良，多數(shù)源自除濕干燥不良，美國(guó)塑料協(xié)會(huì)建讓成型前的塑料必須干燥到0.02%以下的含水率，透明度不佳，濾道粘住，毛邊，氣泡，封條，流痕，開裂，尺寸穩(wěn)定性不佳，產(chǎn)生內(nèi)壓力，產(chǎn)品物性強(qiáng)度不足等缺點(diǎn)，其多數(shù)不良原因，在于成型前塑料未被充分除濕干燥所致，尤其高浸水性塑料如：PET，PBT，PA，PC等更需要超低露點(diǎn)DEW POINT-40℃干燥設(shè)備
