該機(jī)是玉米加工廠和酒廠、酒精廠的理想設(shè)備。本設(shè)備利用胚芽與玉米碴的比重和懸浮速度不同的物料借助向上穿過胚芽間隙的氣流作用促使胚芽與玉米碴分級(jí)，在做定向傾斜往復(fù)回轉(zhuǎn)的篩板作用下，向排碴端運(yùn)動(dòng)，浮于上層的玉米碴在自重作用下，向出料口端流動(dòng)，從而把玉米碴從胚芽中分離出來。

It urges the separation of germ and corn girt by utilizing the different specific gravity of germ and corn grit and suspension speeds, as well as the air flowing through germ gap. Corn grits move towards the discharge end under the effect of sieve plate conducting directed inclination and reciprocation. The corn grits floating on the upper layer flow towards the discharge end under the effect of self-weight, thus corn grits can be separated from germs.
