本機(jī)為不銹鋼多層板框式過(guò)濾機(jī),適用于濃度50%以下粘度較低,含渣量較少的液體作密閉過(guò)濾以達(dá)到提純,滅菌、澄清等精濾、半精濾的要求,直接選用微孔濾膜,可不經(jīng)微孔薄膜過(guò)濾器過(guò)濾可達(dá)到無(wú)菌過(guò)濾之目的。
本機(jī)過(guò)濾面積大,流量大,適用范圍大,所以在制藥、化工、食品等行業(yè)有廣泛用途,應(yīng)用在制藥廠針劑藥液之過(guò)濾,效果甚佳。

本機(jī)除配用電機(jī)外,其它機(jī)件均采用不銹鋼SUS304或SUS316L制造,適用于過(guò)濾各種PH值酸堿溶液,本機(jī)應(yīng)用加壓密閉過(guò)濾,濾液損耗少,過(guò)濾質(zhì)量好,效率高。過(guò)濾部分由十層濾板組成,過(guò)濾面積大,流通量大;且可根據(jù)被濾溶液之不同生產(chǎn)工藝(初濾、半精濾、精濾)要求,更換不同濾膜、及根據(jù)用戶生產(chǎn)流量之大小可適當(dāng)減少或增加濾板層數(shù),使之適合生產(chǎn)之需要,因此本機(jī)具有一機(jī)多用適用范圍廣之特點(diǎn);濾板采用平面螺紋網(wǎng)狀形,結(jié)構(gòu)*,不變形,容易清洗,能有效地增長(zhǎng)各種濾膜的使用壽命,從而降低和節(jié)約生產(chǎn)成本,本機(jī)配備之不銹鋼,其配用電機(jī)小,耗電省。機(jī)座下裝有膠輪,操作方便,移動(dòng)靈活,可供移動(dòng)使用。

The filtration boards adopt plane thread net type, with advanced structure, without any deformation and easy to clean, which can effectively increase the use life of various filtration films and reduce the production cost. The device is equipped with stainless steel transfusion pump, with small motor and low electricity consumption. The rubber wheels are equipped under the device base with convenient operation and flexible movement.
