一、酵母真空轉(zhuǎn)鼓過濾機簡介
酵母真空轉(zhuǎn)鼓過濾機是我公司在不斷總結(jié)客戶單位使用的寶貴經(jīng)驗基礎(chǔ)上持續(xù)完善,吸收國外的*技術(shù),結(jié)合我公司生產(chǎn)的淀粉真空轉(zhuǎn)鼓過濾機的合理結(jié)構(gòu),自主研制開發(fā)的酵母專用JM型真空轉(zhuǎn)鼓過濾機,本機連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)、自動操作、過濾速度快、濾液澄清度高、運轉(zhuǎn)可靠、維修方便,式一種理想的酵母液脫水設(shè)備,可替代國外同類進口設(shè)備。

二、工作原理
酵母真空轉(zhuǎn)鼓過濾機工作原理與一般真空轉(zhuǎn)鼓過濾機基本相同,主要區(qū)別在于轉(zhuǎn)鼓無格室,濾室不分腔,過濾前必須進行過濾介質(zhì)(如馬鈴薯淀粉)的預(yù)涂,由預(yù)涂層和不銹鋼濾布共同完成過濾。在真空抽吸作用下,轉(zhuǎn)鼓外表面逐漸吸上所需要的預(yù)涂層厚度,然后注入被過濾的酵母液,在真空抽下作用下,開始過濾。液體被吸入轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)通道被抽走,懸浮液中的酵母被吸附在預(yù)涂層表面,機械刮刀自動進給,不斷刮去酵母濾餅,距轉(zhuǎn)鼓表面5-6mm時,刮刀自動停止進給,然后退刀,重新預(yù)涂,進入下一個工作循環(huán)。
