The band saw machine range is ideal for all industries where food needs to be cut efficiently, such as Slaughtering, Meat processing, Catering, School Canteen and Supermarket.

The machines cut fresh and frozen meat including bone. They may also be customized according to requirement.

Small Table Type KBG101 /KBG101C-KBG102 /KBG102C and KBG101CLH

The KBG101/102 is a compact band saw variant that may be mounted to a table top and is suitable for food stores, canteen, restaurant and supermarkets. The KBG101CLH is Left hand.

Both variants have a 1.1kW motor with a fixed table and pusher

The KBG 101 has 3 phase motor, the KBG102; a single phase motor. “C” means big table.

Manufacture and Components

These high quality band saws are designed in UK and manufactured in China using stainless steel and the best, most appropriate materials for strength, safety and hygiene. Component selection is paramount to the product quality and suppliers are typically Jarvis USA for saw blade, high quality motor , Omron Control Components, VDE cable, CE switches and Aviation Connectors.

Design features include independent electric housing, independent wiring harness, brake system (lossless static magnetic field) automatic tensioning, low noise, anti-pinch, access for water jet cleaning, multiple magnetic switched safety and motor overheating protection.

Machine Features

l Simple operation, automatic tension and tension adjustment of saw blade to achieve better cutting and stability, make the saw blade work under the most appropriate section tension. and extend the service life of saw blade

l The patented wear-resistant guide block can keep the stability of the saw blade for a longer time, reduce the vibration, reduce the fatigue of the saw blade, prolong the service life of the saw blade, reduce the debris and increase the weight of the finished product.

l With static non-destructive braking system, the machine can not start when the door is open; during running,when the door is opened, the machine stops immediately, it doesn’t need regular maintenance. Not friction block brake

l Customized high quality motor with over-heat protection function and Omron control element has high reliability

l Independent electrical box, integrated wiring harness, easy maintenance, VDE cable safety and reliability.

l Whether in use or in cleaning, Saw blades have all-round protection, sliding protection bar with finger anti-pinch function
