管線高剪切分散乳化泵是用于連續(xù)生產(chǎn)或循環(huán)處理精細(xì)物料的高性能設(shè)備，在狹窄空間的腔體內(nèi)，裝有1—3組對偶咬合的多層定、轉(zhuǎn)子、轉(zhuǎn)子在馬達(dá)的驅(qū)動下高速旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)勁的軸向吸力將物料吸入腔體。在短的時(shí)間內(nèi)對物料進(jìn)行分散、剪切、乳化處理，粒徑分布范圍也顯著變窄。由此可制得精細(xì)的*穩(wěn)定的產(chǎn)品。
工作腔內(nèi)裝有三組定、轉(zhuǎn)子，工作腔內(nèi)傳動軸采用懸臂式，彈性聯(lián)軸器將電機(jī)與軸承箱內(nèi)的主軸聯(lián)接，提高傳動軸的運(yùn)行質(zhì)量，密封形式根據(jù)不同的工況來選擇。適用于中、大批量在線連續(xù)生產(chǎn)或循環(huán)處理生產(chǎn)工藝。出口壓力PN：≥ 0.6 Mpa
