進(jìn)口小型壓力開關(guān)是一種自動(dòng)控制和保護(hù)裝置，它系隨著壓力的變化而使電路閉合或斷開的電開關(guān)，用于船舶、冷凍設(shè)備及其他工業(yè)設(shè)備與執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)配套，對氣體、蒸汽或液體的壓力進(jìn)行兩位式控制。
當(dāng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)壓力高于或低于額定的安全壓力時(shí),小型壓力開關(guān)感應(yīng)器內(nèi)碟片瞬時(shí)發(fā)生移動(dòng),通過連接導(dǎo)桿推動(dòng)開關(guān)接頭接通或斷開,當(dāng)壓力降至或升額定的恢復(fù)值時(shí),碟片瞬時(shí)復(fù)位,開關(guān)自動(dòng)復(fù)位,或者簡單的說是當(dāng)被測壓力超過額定值時(shí),彈性元件的自由端產(chǎn)生位移,直接或經(jīng)過比較后推動(dòng)開關(guān)元件,改變開關(guān)元件的通斷狀態(tài),達(dá)到控制被測壓力的目的。小型壓力開關(guān)采用的彈性元件有單圈彈簧管、膜片、膜盒及波紋管等。
