產(chǎn)品描述：
進口潛水電泵可分為水泵和電機兩大部分：
1、電機由定子轉(zhuǎn)子、機殼和上下軸承座五大部分組成。定子繞組采用了耐水電磁線，上下軸承座各具有一個軸承室并填充了適當(dāng)?shù)哪退疂櫥?/span>
2、定轉(zhuǎn)子表面和其它非配合表面部分別涂裝覆了特殊的優(yōu)質(zhì)耐水材料。
3、該泵采用自動進水結(jié)構(gòu)，在機殼兩側(cè)，分別制作進水孔結(jié)構(gòu)，裝有銅質(zhì)過濾網(wǎng)，防止雜物進入機內(nèi)。
4、水泵由葉輪、導(dǎo)葉體和進水節(jié)組成，裝在電機的上部，水泵葉輪由錐套（或鍵）鎖緊在電機外伸軸的上端，水泵出水口徑配套法蘭盤。
5、當(dāng)電機接通380V電源后，定子便產(chǎn)生旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場，使轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)動，從而帶動葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)，葉輪對水產(chǎn)生壓力后，通過導(dǎo)葉體從水管流出。
設(shè)計特點：
。改泵電機材料采用優(yōu)質(zhì)DR470冷軋矽鋼片，增加電機繞組的匝數(shù)及潛水線的線徑，電纜線用三湘四芯線JHS型噴泉電纜線，葉輪增加了放松動裝置，電機內(nèi)腔采用進口防銹磁漆，通過以上結(jié)構(gòu)改進使?jié)撍酶m用噴泉工程頻繁啟動要求。該產(chǎn)品具有體積小、重量輕、移動方便、操作維修保養(yǎng)容易，使用安全可靠。
二、適用條件
1、電源頻率50HZ，電壓380V（三相）或者220V（單相）。
2、工作介質(zhì)為無腐蝕性清水，含固體雜質(zhì)體積不超過0.1%，粒度不大于0.2mm，水中PH值為6.5~8.5，水溫不超過±40℃
- 電泵應(yīng)在額定揚程，適當(dāng)流量的范圍內(nèi)使用，規(guī)定數(shù)值為0.7~1.2泵倍。
